There are a high variety of dielectric filters requested on the market. Together with the coating systems we are providing as acceptance test also dielectric filter coatings. Examples are UV – IR cut filters for digital cameras, polarisation beam splitters, band pass filter coatings, colour filter coatings, narrow band pass filter coatings with a high blocking and multiple cavities; and there are more...

Especially the direct optical monitoring on the calotte with OMS 5000 allows achieving high accuracy for challenging filter coatings, high repeatability in the production, and coatings like multiple cavity filters on the calotte, not attainable without direct monitoring. All these advantages can be obtained with the SYRUSpro family of evaporation coating systems.

The Helios family of sputter systems is equipped with direct monitoring with OMS 5000 on the substrate turntable and offers the advantage of a highly repeatable process of highest accuracy even for the most difficult optical specifications. Unrivalled layer quality is what you can expect from our Plasma Assisted Reactive Magnetron Sputtering process.
