CompactMet

The CompactMet is an economic, compact and ultra-fast batch-type evaporation machine for the coating of 3-dimensional parts.

The patent pending concept of the machine provides obvious advantages for the automotive mass production. The double-door (“clam-shell”) configuration allows high productive processing- and loading-unloading sequences.

Substrates will be loaded to easy-to-access rotating pylons. Key components for the deposition of Aluminium and Siloxane top-coat are the high-rate-thermal-evaporator unit and the high-preformance PECVD (plasma enhanced chemical vapour deposition) station including four MF-powered electrodes.

The vacuum pump is managed by a high efficient pumping system including a newly developed high-performance cryo-coil:

The footprint optimized machine is installed into an easy-to-handle steel frame.
