AluMet V – More flexibility for the coating results of complex parts

The AluMet 1800V is a flexible, high throughput, batch-type, thermal evaporation machine for the coating of 3-dimensional parts. The double-door (“clam-shell”) configuration allows high productive processing and loading-unloading sequences.

A powerful vacuum pumping package, high efficient thermal evaporators and PECVD (plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition) sources are the backbone of the machine.

The planetary type substrate fixturing system is capable to handle a wide range of substrate sizes and is optimized for ease-of-handling. The entire machine is installed into an easy-to-handle steel frame.
