Description
The BAK 1050 is a high vacuum 'Box coating System' and is suitable for medium to large capacity requirements. The wide range of applications in electronics and opto-electronics makes the BAK 1050 system suitable for universal application in development and production. The vacuum chamber is made of stainless steel and has a usable area of 1000mm Wide x 1000mm High x 1100mm Deep. The chamber is externally water cooled . The number of substrates handled by the standard Callotte with 10 segment positions which has a diameter of 1000mm, is 200 pieces for a 50mm x 50mm component size.
Main Features
The vacuum chamber and frame have been dismantled and cleaned. The external surfaces have been repainted. The original control system has been removed completely. The system is offered in a 'As seen condition'. This includes the following items which have not been serviced;- Chamber and Frame Cleaned and Repainted. Vacuum pumps, Rotary DUO 170, Rootes WKP1000, Diffusion. DIF630A. Baffle BFA 630MF and Meissner panel. Vacuum Valves PVA630P3, 2 x EVA 160A/PX 1, X EVA 40 BD202 - Rear surface Substrate heaters 2 X Thermal evaporators positions (Part complete) 1 X ESQ 110 Electron beam gun (Part complete) The old control system has been discarded and not available. -Alternatively we can supply the machine fully upgraded and refurbished. with the Leybold Optics replacement LAB controller.
