Table Topcoater TC2 - it's all up to you…
With the TC2 coating system, LEYBOLD OPTICS offers a quick and simple solution for the coating of eyeglass lenses. In just ten minutes lenses can be completely coated with a transparent protective film (clean coat) by evaporation.
Coating on the job
This water-repellent and antistatic protective layer reduces the sticking of any grease, liquid or particles of dirt. While up to now it was only possible to order the clean coats ex works, TC2 will enable opticians to coat eyeglass lenses in their own workshop in the future.
Easy to operate
LEYBOLD OPTICS offers the TC2 coating system as a tabletop machine. It is easily configurable and also simple to handle in everyday operation: the eyeglass lenses, or even glasses complete with their frames, are clamped in and the coating process starts at the touch of a button.
