Easy-to-handle process for hydrophobic coatings
Hydrophobic coatings in less than 20 minutes: the TC-X topcoater offers high performance at a very favourable price. Hydrophobic coatings seal lens surfaces with an ultra-smooth polymer, making it easy to clean the eyeglass lenses from dirt, water or oily contamination can simply be wiped off.
TC-X is the optimum supplement to any type of optical coating system. It considerably shortens the process running times on the master systems. To ensure a quick and smooth transfer of the lenses during production, the TC-X system can even work with the paddles of LEYBOLD OPTICS´ CCSII.
A perfect solution for a more efficient production
Of course, TC-X achieves optimum performance when cooperating with the members of the LEYBOLD OPTICS family of products, but it can also be coupled with systems made by other manufacturers. In that case, the machine will be delivered with a customized substrate carrier. It is simply necessary to adapt the turntable, which constitutes the heart of the small system.
Our customer service offers an individual adaptation to the customer‘s requirements. By the way, the handling of the system could not be any easier: TC-X is a classical ‚one-button-machine‘ - and you need even this one button only to turn the systems on or off. Just put in the lenses, close the drawer, and take out the perfectly finished lenses after a few minutes.
