Fault-clearing service, production and process support, training: for us, perfect support means being personally available to the customer. Our well-trained service team uses all its know-how to help LEYBOLD OPTICS' customers with the handling of our systems.
Supporting people in their own mother tongue
The service technicians and distribution engineers from our various subsidiaries are available to our customers directly at their production site. They immediately react to any reported fault and are usually able to put it right at once. In case of a serious problem the local specialists are assisted by our back offices in Alzenau or Dresden.
'Training on the job'
Our 'Customer Support' also offers training courses. Our customers' staffs are prepared for their work on our coating systems on the job. The basics of vacuum technology or a very special introduction to a particular system - the training courses familiarize them with the jobs in hand.
