'SYRUSpro' is the name of a unique system family which easily satisfies all the demands arising in the field of precision optics. All of its systems are equipped with a controlling unit which combines maximum automation and flexibility. That way, SYRUSpro is the ultimate example for productivity and performance. The systems are available in four different sizes with chamber diameters between 700 and about 1,500 millimeters and are suitable for clean room use.
From the efficient compact model (SYRUSpro 710) to the powerful workhorse for stock production on a 24-hour basis (SYRUSpro 1510): the SYRUSpro system family offers the right solution for every field of application. Shorter pump times and high deposition rates guarantee low costs of production. The focus for all the members of the family has been the perfect balance between production capacity, performance, and high process stability.
Thanks to their compact dimensions the smaller systems of the family are ideal for the development of prototypes and for coating processes in an authentic production environment. When the engineers of LO were designing their special models, they had very particular fields of application in mind: the 'SYRUSpro CFM' system, for instance, was especially developed for digital-optics uses, such as UV/IR-cut and color filters while the 'SYRUSpro DUV', which was optimized for 193 nm, takes on any DUV (deep ultraviolet) tasks.
Tailor-made applications for individual needs: a great variety of components allow the SYRUSpro systems to be individually adapted to the customers' requirements. Thanks to LO's development 'OMS 5000', SYRUSpro achieves high-precision results even at difficult filter specifications.
