The system can be equipped with additional features at a later point, thus offering the customers many perspectives for their own development. There are many features available for the CCSII light system, such as the Meissner trap with Polycold technology or the Mark I ion source for the pre-treatment of the substrate surface.
CCSII pro provides a maximum of productivity right from the start. The system has been designed according to the highest demands on the RX production of spectacle lenses. CCSII pro copes with ion-based coating processes as easily as it does with standard operations. Depending on individual needs, one or several coatings (antireflex or reflective coatings, sunshade films and filters) can be applied in one go. Further highlights of the system are the short pump cycles and a precise process monitoring.
Working 24-hour turns: both the light and the pro version have been designed for operation around the clock. The CCSII family features compact size with a convenient access to its different components. Maintenance work and additions to the system can be realized easily and quickly.
