Fully automatic loading
Conductive or non-conductive layers, or a combination of both - for HELIOS, no problem at all. For use in the semiconductor industry, we have equipped our new development with a quick 'load and lock' system which feeds in the cassettes with the substrates fully automatically.
From precision optics to the optoelectronic industry
In precision optics, this coating system can produce color, UV, IR filters, or beam splitters of highest precision. The fabrication of CWDM filters is possible in the field of telecommunications. HELIOS also provides AR and HR coatings of unsurpassed quality on laser diodes or produces waveguides on sensors.
