Retrofitting and reconditioning
Once a system is getting on, it may make sense to prolong its working life by a complete overhaul. When requirements change, LEYBOLD OPTICS coating systems can also be reconditioned or retrofitted. For example, we offer the 'Lab Controller' for use in older systems. It can be retrofitted to all LEYBOLD OPTICS systems, as well as to systems made by 'Balzers'.
Second-hand systems
LEYBOLD OPTICS also offers second-hand systems at very favorable prices. Thanks to our personal contact with many of our regular customers, we have easy access to systems that are taken out of service by their first owners. We recondition these systems and retrofit them for further use according to our customers' wishes.
