LEYBOLD OPTICS works in a close partnership with its customers. In order to give local support we are represented by 10 subsidiaries worldwide. In further countries, specialized agencies take care of our systems.

Spare parts facilities in key locations

Our 'Customer Support' aims at making our systems readily available wherever they are desired. Our distribution centers located in strategic locations worldwide, maintains large inventories of spare parts. LEYBOLD OPTICS makes sure that even in an emergency a customer's production is only held up for a minimum amount of time - we do not make any compromises there.

From spare parts to retrofitting

The 'Customer Support' team is our customers' first contact but not only for obtaining spares or replacing worn parts. For second-hand systems, reconditioning or retrofitting - at LEYBOLD OPTICS, perfect customer service is a high priority.

Today LEYBOLD OPTICS GmbH ("Leybold") announced that Kurt Hakansson has been appointed new CEO of Leybold, succeeding Helmut Frankenberger. Kurt Hakansson, today an advisory board member of Leybold, is taking up the CEO position of Leybold for an interim period.
